Tumbler Care Instructions
· Do not soak
· Handwash only and dry immediately

· Dropping may cause cracking
· Avoid extreme temperatures (avoid leaving in hot car or fridge/ freezer)
-Handmade Tumblers are sealed with FDA compliant food grade safe epoxy and it is coated and cured, dropping or mishandling can cause it to break.
-Tumblers are handmade so there will be times that minor imperfections are unavoidable.
Design Process
As with most handmade items, these products take some time to complete in order for the non-toxic coating to dry/cure properly. Once inquiring and confirming your order, I will go over design ideas, colour selection choices, vinyl decal, font ideas and additional information if needed with you. This discussion and confirmation should take 1-2 days to achieve. There will be 3 edits allowed an additional fee will be applied after 3 edits. I will keep you updated on the production steps of your order as it is important that what I create matches what you had in mind.
Refund Policy
All items are considered final sales. Due to the handmade nature of these products, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE OFFERED.
I do however guarantee my work and will make exceptions on a case by case status within 30 days of original purchase.
**A 50% deposit is required prior to starting your order including design. The remaining balance plus shipping if applicable is due once completed.
**There is a $10 rush fee for all orders needed within 48 hours of placing order.
